The Pirovano company boasts a unique set of machinery, complete with the latest equipment that is able to ensure the highest quality standards required by the market.The machinery includes CNC fixed headstock bar lathes with up to 8 controlled axes, such as Mori Seiki, Nakamura, etc; CNC sliding headstock bar lathes such as Citizen, Tsugami-Mori, etc; CNC chuck lathes, with and without gantry loaders; grinding with and without balances, transfers, rolling machines, broaching machines, automatic cutters and more.The variety of resources available allow the company to work with all kinds of materials: cutting steels, carburizing, quenched and tempered, stainless (303, 304, 316, 316Ti), aluminum alloys, brass, bronze, bakelite, nylon, delrin and fusions, as well as bars from 3 to 75 mm.For chuck processes we do up to a maximum of 300mm.

Pirovano has vertical and horizontal palletized work centres, for drilling operations, tapping and more or less complex milling of turned parts and / or printed, whether they are in steel or aluminium die castings.

The company's mission is to facilitate product management for the customer, proposing ourselves as a prime contractor, and combining all the processes with every type of heat, galvanic treatment etc. We also carry out assembly of complex groups, making us responsible for component construction and the purchase of trade parts.
